This Solder Kit has everything included to build an Arduino development board.
After some basic soldering, you’ll have made a fully-functional Arduino-compatible development board.
The included ATmega328 comes pre-loaded with the Arduino bootloader so you don’t have to load the bootloader firmware, connect an FTDI USB-Uart Bridge and upload your sketch using the Arduino IDE.
After the board is assembled, it can be powered by an FTDI Adapter or a regulated 7.5-15VDC power supply connected to either the DC Barrel jack the 2 pin headers.We recommend using 9v Wall adapter if using the DC Barrel jack.
In order to program with the Arduino IDE, You will need a USB-Uart Adapter or FTDI cable to upload code using the Arduino IDE.
